DRIFT’s 6 day foray through these mountains sees us trek from Albania, into Kosovo, across to Montenegro, before crossing back into Albania, starting and finishing our trek in the picturesque village of Theth. We shall be staying in a mix of guesthouses and mountain huts along the route and our ‘main’ luggage will be transported daily between nightly stops, meaning that our day hikes are carrying just a light pack.

DRIFT’s bespoke Namib Moto is an 8 day ‘moto safari’ though this striking country; starting in the historic coastal town of Swakopmund, our 1590 Kms loop initially takes us north into Damaraland and the Moon Valley.before riding north into southern Kaokoland, along spectacular sandy river beds and dirt tracks between the craggy mountains, with chances to see wild elephant, giraffe, Oryx, Wildebeest, Springbok and the rare desert Lions of the region, finishing back at our start point as we touch the Skeleton Coast.
SPINAL TRACK MOTO,

If you’re seeking a unique and diverse ‘adventure ride’, look no further. Drift Moto and RF Adventure Tours have teamed up to create ‘Spinal Track’ - a 5 day adventure / enduro ride, north to south through the varied terrain of our ‘home’, Portugal, running more or less parallel with the Spanish border. Starting in the fortified stronghold of Braganca in Portugal’s far north east, we ride directly south towards the Serra de Estrela mountains, through the cattle country of the Alentejo, before reaching the Serra do Caldeirão mountains which span the Algarve, finally arriving in Moncarapacho and our ride HQ.

Created to provide an antidote to a frazzled, permanently on-call world, DRIFT Adventure and it’s noisy little brother, DRIFT Moto, deliver my personal take on adventuring across this world of ours.
I research, plan and guide every DRIFT adventure; trips that might stretch you, hopefully inspire you, put a pep in your step and colour back in your cheeks.
I won’t ever claim to have re-invented the adventure wheel, I just do it in a way that instinctively feels right for me and is accessible to everyone, of all abilities.
My trips are based on detailed knowledge of the countries we travel through and excellent local contacts and, whilst some of the places we explore may appear familiar, you’ll experience them a little bit differently; sometimes via the back door and always with a nod to history, the culture, characters and culinary delights that define each region.
